Novus Business Park Glenmarie consists of 14 units of 1½-storey semi-detached factories located on a 4-acre freehold site within the established industrial zone of Shah Alam. The site enjoys excellent visibility from the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) and is one of the few remaining vacant plots in the area.

The design aims to achieve maximum flexibility and adaptability across all floors and volumes, ensuring that each unit is structurally robust and equipped with mechanical systems designed for easy maintenance. The architectural expression aspires to create a cohesive collective of fourteen
units, establishing a strong communal identity within the development. Floor dimensions and fenestration were carefully studied to maximize spatial efficiency and ensure the smooth flow of materials and equipment, resulting in a design that integrates seamlessly with the surrounding context while maintaining both functionality and aesthetic clarity
