Desa Impian Affordable Township is located at the present stabilization lagoon, approximately 10km distance from city center, at Kuala Inanam. The total project development covers an area of approximately 90 acres. The project site can be approached via both Jalan Tuaran by-pass from the South & Jalan UMS/Kingfisher from the North. 20m & 15m width road reserve with dual carriageway are provided within site to serve each precinct. A new concrete bridge is designed to connect to the project site at the south.

Due to the degeneration of the existing sewerage treatment plant which might caused hazard to public health, it is proposed that the present stabilization lagoon site be regenerated into an affordable self-sustainable integrated township comprises 12 blocks of 25-storey apartments with total of 1,200 units, sitting on 4-storey of covered car park with ramp and 1 lower ground. It also offers a commercial centre consists of retail shops and offices with total 628 units, a variety of township facilities, for instance, multipurpose, social and transportation hub, recreational facilities, retail, food court, clinic and sheltered bus station for the convenience of residents.
