The Master Builders Association Malaysia (HQ) aims to make full use of the site condition, opportunities and micro-climate, creating n inclusive approach to engage MBAM members to contribute by making use of recyclable waste from construction site to construct 'hybrids' of veneer materials to complements IBS construction methods.

Together with the initial idea of 'Collective-Adaptive Reuse', the MBAM aims to provide an excellent training, office and social activity buildings with vast exposure to natural daylight, breeze and the views of the existing neighboring communal park. Allying with MBAM's vision of modernizing the construction industry via IBS, the proposal aims to integrate BubbleDeck material to achieve GBI rating at ta preliminary stage and in conjunction with forming the building language, which aims to reveal it as a learning tool for the public.
