Boasting a panoramic view of its surroundings, this 31 storey apartment is made up of several practical unit sizes ranging between 850-1500 square feet.

Built to house civil workers, and playing just with colours, the facade's striking yellow coping contrasts ith the clouds of white and grey in its background to provide a sense of playfulness within the shades of grey. Adding onto the sense of playfulness, the central playground and foorball field is inteded to also foster a sense of community and inclusivity within the apartment's residents.
